Possibly due to APMDATA-370. Archiver deadlock. This is a race condition that happens very infrequently and purely by chance.

WORKAROUND
Do a graceful restart of the system. If that is not shutting down the system, contact Technical Support. DO NOT perform a hard reboot (i.e. holding down the power button).
