There are specific rules which do not trigger an alarm or email notification.
The metrics are collected properly.
Workaround 1:
The alarming has been disabled via the PSO Email Integration dashboard.
When using the PSO Email Integration cartridge, please check the settings in this dashboard as alarms can be deactivated here and this configuration is overwriting the default setup which you get when viewing the rule via the Rules dashboard.
Workaround 2:
Make sure that no alarm blackout is set for specific agents, rules or other objects.
Go to the "Administration | Blackouts" management dashboard and look at the current blackouts.
