Cannot login after restart of the Foglight Management Server - Error: "HTTP Status 404..." (4246682)

After changing the Email setup and restart the Foglight Management Server (FMS), it is not possible to login. Getting "HTTP Status 404..." error.

The FMS log files shows the following exceptions:
