Foglight Agent Manager keeps restarting regulary (4246545)

The Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) is crashing every few days and it is getting restarted automatical.

The log files do not display any error message.

The Java virtual machine (JVM) is crashing during garbage collection. It is a Java bug:

The hs_err_pid_xxx file shows, it is crashing, when running the function below:

To fix the issue, upgrade the FglAM to version 5.6.6 and set additional JVM startup parameter.

Set the JVM parameter as follows:

1. Go to "$FGLAM_HOME/state/default/config"
2. Make a backup copy of the file: "vm.config"
3. Now open the file and find the part, where the vmparameters are set (at the end of the file).
4. Add the following parameter:
    vmparameter.1 = "-XX:-UseConcMarkSweepGC";
    vmparameter.2 = "-XX:-CMSIncrementalMode";
    vmparameter.3 = "-XX:+UseSerialGC";
5. Restart the FglAM
