Rule/Alarm for Top CPU/Memory Consumers (4243620)

Is there an out of the box rule or alarm for the Top CPU / Memory Process Consumers that will evaluate operating system processes which are consuming high CPU or Memory?

There is no out of the box rule available.  The metric data for Top N Processes is however available (e.g. {host}/memory/topMemoryProcesses) and custom rules can be created.
