After setting up a registry variable containing a scheduled value for Performance Calendars (e.g. Business hours), the alarm fires but does not send to the email recipient during the specified time period. It does however send an alarm when it is outside of the specified schedule.
Ensure that both the "Global Default" and "Default Value Performance Calendars" value fields are populated. The "Global Default" email recipient will be the default recipient when the schedule is not in effect. The one you specified under the "Default Value Performance Calendars" Value field, will be the recipient during the specified schedule name.
