Description
User cannot access Administration dashboards for other roles even though the dashboards are assigned to that role. The following error is thrown when accessing the dashboards:
You logged in as user "username" and do not have access to the application.

Go back to the Console.

You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
