The "Enhance alarm" button and customize alarm panel is used to change the severity level in a database agent alarm.
The severity level is changes, and then the set and save buttons are clicked.
When the user accesses the alarm administration panel again, the alarm changes are still at the previous setting. The changes made have not been applied.
An error similar to the following can be found in the FMS log:

Reset the UI cartridge associated with the database agent being updated.
