I am creating a custom script. I would like to know what the Reserved Words for Foglight are.
In the Administration and Configuration guide, the chapter on “Understanding how script agents collect data”, search for “reserved names”, you’ll get
Below is a full list of the reserved names, based on an inspection of the types.
Object IDs | objectID, id, version, topologyObjectId, topologyObjectVersionId, topologyObjectVersion, effectiveStartDate, effectiveEndDate, lastUpdated |
Object Identity | name, longName |
Object Management | scheduleIds, isBlackedOut, annotations, parents |
Alarms | alarms, aggregateAlarms, localState, aggregateState, localStateSeverity, aggregateStateSeverity, aggregateAlarmState, alarmWarningCount, alarmCriticalCount, alarmFatalCount, alarmTotalCount, alarmAggregateWarningCount, alarmAggregateCriticalCount, alarmAggregateFatalCount, alarmAggregateTotalCount, changeSummary, changeCount, aggregateChangeCount |

That whole chapter is a valuable read for anyone venturing into script agents.
In the online product help, search for “Understanding how script agents collect data”, it should be the second link.
