Storage cartridges upgrade failed with an error ""Required cartridge specific license is missing"
Description

The upgrade process of Storage cartridges 3.0 failed and an error appeared in the cartridge inventory page in Foglight Management erver:
"Required cartridge specific license is missing for cartridge StorageCollector"
Cause

The StorageCollector 3.0 cartridge is free for the first 45 days and after that the install will require a license.
Resolution

Please contact the license department at license@quest.com to provide a permanent license to the Storage cartridge.
