How to display the percentage as a whole number and as a value that includes 2 spaces? (4212339)

Is it possible to display decimal units instead of a whole number (like 10.25% instead of 10 %) and vise versa on the dashboard?

As an example the requirement is to change "Memory Utilization" under "Host | Monitor" dashboard.

[1] On the right pane choose the Design tab and highlight the component you would like to change (in this example "Memory Utilization")

[2] Choose "Inspect | Configuration" (make sure that the "show advanced properties" check box is ticked )

[3] Amend the property ”Significant Digits” , the value "2" will present a whole number and the value 4 will display 2 spaces after the decimal point.

[4] Save the changes

Please note that it does not work for all the dashboards in Foglight and there is no global value that controls all the dashboards percentage display.
