Check the user that the ftr.agent.service service is starting up as under the "Log On" tab of the Service under the Services applet in the Windows Control Panel. If it is set to start up as "This account" execute the following steps to change it to start up as the Local System account:
1). Stop the Foglight client.
2). Change the ftr.agent.service to log on as the local system user. Select the "Local System account" radio button under the Log On tab of the ftr.agent.service under the Services applet in the Control Panel.
3). Stop the ftr.agent.service.
4). Start the Foglight client.
5). Start the Transaction Player agents from the Foglight Operations Console.
