In Foglight 6.0 for agents assigned to an alarm template may have some alarms enabled in the template but the alarm notification status for the selected rule cannot be enabled in the Email Notification Settings of the Administration panel of the agent.
Rules include
WORKAROUND
Delete the global default false value from the rule's _isEnabled registry setting in Administration | Rules & Notifications | Manage Registry Variables
Then return to the database agent's administration screen to find the field enabled
STATUS
This issue has been logged as FOG-2776 and will be fixed as part of the integration of email notifications from the Administration panels to the Alarm Templates.
