Description
The following message is displayed in an error popup after clicking "Monitor" to add a new MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra agent.
Error creating view "system:sma_dbwc_agent20installer.29", please check application logs

Cause
SMA_DB_Global cartridge is missing or disabled in the Foglight Management Server (FMS) -
Resolution
Enable the SMA_DB_Global cartridge if it is already installed but is disabled in Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory. For 6.0.0.10 releases of the MySQL, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB cartridges the SMA_DB_Global cartridge version should also be at the 6.0.0.10 level.
If the cartridge is not present, the download, install, and enable the SMA_DB_Global cartridge from here.
