Grant and check DB2 permissions for a group instead of a single user
Description

During the initial setup of a new DB2 agent the setup fails if DB2 grants are provisioned to a user group, they are successful only when granted at the user level. There is no option found to skip that the permissions check after testing the connection. If the ‘Test connection’ fails the user is not continue the installation.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Please contact Support for a hotfix for this issue.
STATUS
Enhancement FOM-1140 has been logged to support granting and checking permissions for a user group instead of a single DB2 user. This will be reviewed and considered by Product Management for a future release of the DB2 cartridge.
