An alarm blackout was configured for a specific component, but there are still alarms appearing.
For example an alarm blackout was configured for a database agents to avoid alarms while the database was shutdown for maintenenance. But there are still alarms appearing saying the database is down.
The component was added to a service via the "Service Builder" dashboard. The alarm was raised from the service and not from the a rule scoped on the object.
As long as only agent alarms are blacked out and not the whole agent collections, service alarms will continue to fire.
According the agent blackout, configure a blackout for the service too.
In this setup, two blackouts needs to be created to avoid alarms from the agent and the service.
