Metrics in SQL PI or OS looks different in the Federator FMS compared to the same agent in the child FMS -
Description
No OS metrics data and the SQL PI graph are blank for one instance In Federator FMS environment based on the SQL PI dashboard.
All the SQL PI data appears well on the Federator FMS child but not on the Federator FMS master.

Cause
Synchronization issue between Federator and Child FMS. -
Resolution
Please, go to Administration | Agent | Agent Status | search for the Db agent with the SQL PI data lost from Federator FMS child | click on Deactivate then Activate. Then check on the Federator FMS master five minutes after restarting the Db agent.
If this does not solve the issue, restart the FGLAM agent manager in debug mode. Then, create the case for support with the Foglight support bundle, FGLAM support bundle in debug mode for the db agent with SQL PI.
