Changes in Internet Explorer v7 that may cause the FTR/FTP Agent to break. (24678)

There are significant changes in Internet Explorer v7 (IE7) that may cause the FTR/FTP Agent to break. FTR/FTP has yet to be tested with IE7 and as such, IE7 is not supported.
