Foglight Agent Manager Disconnected from Foglight Management Server (187048)

After restart, Agent Manager (FglAM) is not connected to the Foglight Management Server (FMS). Errors similar to the following appear in the Agent Manager logs:

WORKAROUND

Confirm that the FglAM Adapter is enabled.
