Under Application Servers Monitor | Server | Web Applications for .NET server, the Requests, Sessions, and Transactions table are showing n/a. However, looking at individual requests show that data is actually being collected.
The following errors are found in the .NET Counters log:
VERBOSE [CollectorWorker-DotNET_Counters@hostname] com.quest.dotnet.agent.collector.performancecounter.ASPApplicationCollector - Problem getting counter ASP.NET Apps v4.0.30319|Sessions Active|_LM_W3SVC_1_ROOT from .; reason: Category does not exist.
The error corresponds to the different counters which are showing as n/a in the dashboard.
Verify if these counters exist under Windows Performance Monitor:1. Start | Run | perfmon
