No alarms are being recieved for tablespace disk space availability while monitoring an Oracle database.
The tablespace collection settings were set so that "realtime" on many agents were set to 3600 seconds while the offline & online settings 900 seconds. This caused tablespace information to not be collected for these agents.
This message was found in the Oracle database agent log:
YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS.SSS ECHO <DB_Oracle/5.5.8.601/DB_Oracle/DBO-TEST-INSTANCE-agent> ERROR [DBO-TEST-INSTANCE-highPriorityPool-1] com.quest.qsi.fason.core.collection.AbstractCollection - An invalid frequency has been found for collection [DBO_TablespacesStorage]. The online frequency 900000.0 is lower than the real-time frequency 3600000.0. Data will not be collected for this collection until the frequency is fixed in the ASP.
On the Collection Frequencies page of Administration for the database agent the real-time frequency of "Tablespaces Storage" collection was changed to be the same or lower than the online frequency.
