How to create a Hyper-V agent under Hyper-V Environment -
Resolution
- First make sure the Hyper-V cartridges are installed & enabled:
- Dashboards | Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory- Filter by cartridge name: Virtual-HyperV
- Deploy the agent package to Foglight Agent Manager(FglAM)
- To deploy the Hyper-V agent package, Navigate to
- Dashboards | Administration | Agents | Agent Status- Click Deploy Agent Package- Select the FglAM Host- Select the package: HyperVAgent
- To create Hyper-V agent
-Hyper-V Environment | Administration | Agents | and click Add-Select the Agent Manager, click Next and enter all Hyper-V server information, validate the credential and click FinishCheck for the agent status, data collection should start for the Hyper-V server
