How to exclude a particular drive for a Virtual Machine?

Resolution
On the web console navigate as below:
Homes | Administration | support -> Blackouts
Click either Create a one -time blackout orelse create a scheduled blackout.
Here you can choose either:
Suspend Alarms
Suspend Data Collection -> Next
Select VMware -> Next
Expand VMware -> Virtual Machines -> xxyz VM
Expand the Topology tyep name with VMWVirtualMachineHostStorage
Expand logical disk & select the disk you want to exculde -> Next.Specify the blackout period
Give the blackout name, click finish.
