Trying to upgrade, but service won't start & not able to access web console.
IMPORTANT: The following is the ONLY error in the Install Log
NonFatal error
D:\Program Files\Quest Software\vFoglight\fglam\bin\fglam.exe
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - ZeroGpl: D:\Program Files\Quest Software\vFoglight\fglam\bin\fglam.exe (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)
WORKAROUND:
* If the "fglam.exe" and "qcn_watchdog.exe" is still running on the task manager, terminate them. Make sure they remain terminated and do not start up again.
* Make a backup of the directory <FMS_HOME>\Quest Software\vFoglight\" (including subdirectories) in any drive, e.g. D:\vFoglight-backup
IMPORTANT: Don't want the backup to be in the same directory as the Foglight installation - it will cause issues. D:\ or a different drive is the best place for the backup.
* Re-run the installer, i.e. perform the upgrade again. Make all the same choices you did the first time. All this will do is upgrade the Embedded FglAM and the FMS JRE to the latest versions. Nothing else will change because the FMS and DB are already upgraded.
* This time, when you click "Run Now" on the last screen of the installer, the FMS should start up successfully:
a) if the FMS does _not_ start up, send us via SR/case:
- the most recent Install log
- the most recent ManagementServer*.log
- the output of the TASKLIST command ( Takslist should be run on the FMS machine )
* Open command prompt.
* Type TASKLIST > tasklist.txt
