vFoglight for SQL Server Add-On Mode: License Required -
Description
After successfully installing the vFoglight for SQL Server cartridge, an issue appears whereby when the Home button for a Database is clicked, a message appears stating the following:
"License Required: This feature is accessible only for instances monitored in Foglight for SQL Server mode. The selected instance is licensed for monitoring in vFoglight Server Add-On mode. For further details, go to: Foglight for SQLServer

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
This behavior is as expected as the vFoglight for SQL Server dashboard is a "View only" (one level) dashboard. The installed license is not licensed for the full "Foglight for SQL Server Cartridge" functionality. Contact Supportlink Licensing for the customers' license to be changed as required.
WORKAROUND 2
If this happens on Foglight (not vFoglight) whereby you have installed the VM cartridge first then the SQL cartridge, you can either:
1. Install a full vFoglight SQL Server cartridge license
2. Uninstall both the VM and SQL Server cartridges. Install the SQL Server cart first, add the monitored instance, and access the home page. Install the VM cartridge afterwards.
