I want to exculde a particular dive letter on a VM to stop alarming on low space.

Resolution
Yes, you can exculde the drive letter toplogy through the blackouts dashboard.
Steps for blackout on a particular drive as below:
- Go to "Administration | Blackouts"
- Add a "One-time blackout"
- Clcik on "Next | Suspend Alarms | Hosts | Expand host xx.yy.zz | Storage | Logical Disks | C:"
- Then "Next | Black out Indefinitely"
