EXC ADAccess Process LDAP Read Time rule fires excessive alarms showing incorrect value
Cause
Product Defect.
For each performance counter, there is a maximum value: PERF_MAX.If the counter exceeds the max value, it will be reset. In cases where the counter value increases very quickly,our agent gets an abnormally high value and fires an alarm
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Make a copy of the Rule and disable original Rule
Edit the copied rule and click on Behavior tab
Under Alarm & Action Behaviors, select the option "Fire action if" and type in value 2 in the box
Save the changes
STATUS:
This issue has been fixed in Exchange cartridge 5.6.8
