Description
Exchange agent does not stay up due to Exchange cluster node server not registered correctly in Active Directory. Agent Debug log shows below error

Resolution
1. Open ADSI edit
2. Connect to the Configuration context
3. Navigate to …\CN=services\ CN=Microsoft Exchange\ CN=<OrganizationName>\ CN=Administrative Groups\ CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)\ CN=Servers4. Locate the CLUSTER name , right click and open the properties.(Note that the physical server name does not apper in the server list. This is correct behavior)5. Double click on the msExchServerRedundantMachines property. Cluster physical servers should be listed in this attribute separated by commas.If the server is not listed, both the agent and the diagnostic tool will fail.Please request the customer to work their AD/Exch Admins to resolve this issue. After that Exchnage agent should collect the data successfully.
