The Performance of Foglight server is bad and the logs show the following message below. The error can also appear, when trying to access the Foglight database - during upgrade or when trying to delete an object via UI:

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: : invalid identifier
The upgrade checks the permissions on the database dbms_lob package. This is documented in the Foglight Upgrade Guide.
To verify this issue, connect to the database using the same Oracle user as the server and attempt to run the following statement:
If there are errors, then grant permission to use DBMS_LOB to the Foglight DB user.
"GRANT EXECUTE ON dbms_lob TO public" using the SYSDBA user ‘SYS' to resolve the issue.
FGL-14060 was created to stop the FMS from starting up, if this error is present.
