The Exchange Agent 5.5.6.6 breaks as soon as it is activated?
The Exchange agent can break due to many reasons but if in the Agent log it gives an error saying “Login Failure, Bad Username and Password” then verify their DNS/NETBIOS naming Validation it could be different.
Steps to fix the problem are as below:
In Exchange Cart version 5.5.6.6 it does not have Override Naming Validation property defined separately in the Agent properties and if your DNS name is different then your NETBIOS name then please follow the steps below to fix the problem.
