Changed name of FGLAM server, old data still remains and shows old entries of Hostname under Agen (4258924)

FGLAM Agent Hosts shows the FGLAM with old HostName and also shows old instances under Data Management in VFoglight.

Change of the machine name of the FGLAM Server causes it to show old data with old hostname.

Steps to change the old hostname to new hostname for FGLAM are as below:

• Stop the Foglight server.
• Go in directory where Foglight is installed and then go to fglam\state\default\config directory inside it.
• Open the file called fglam.config.xml in an editor and change the parameter Hostname to the new machine name as follows:

<config:name>Hostname</config:name>

• Save the file after changing the value between the above parameters.
• Start the Foglight server.
• Login to the console and go under Agent Hosts under Administration-Agents.
• You will see new value of Hostname for that FGLAM.
• Delete the old instances from Data Management for the old Host.

This should resolve the issue.
