Getting the following error:
com.quest.qsi.fason.framework.connections.common.exceptions.FrameworkUserLockedException: For security reasons, the user account "" is locked by the agent due to invalid login credentials. Please use the support module to unlock it."
or
"Failed to establish a Oracle JDBC connection protocol to Host [], user account [] . Reason : [Connection Manager "OraclePool-" is locked by the agent due to sequential failure connection attempts. Please use the support module to unlock it"
How do we unlock the account?
You can modify the amount of failed connects before locking the account:
1. Open the dashboard "Administration | Agents | Agent Status"
2. Select the agent and click on "Edit Properties"
3. Look for the parameter "Number of failed connection attempts before locking the account" (default: 1)
