Description
The timestamps for the DB2 Database Log Message alarms do not match the log entries displayed in the DB2 Diagnostic log panel -
Cause
User was including DB2 message summary alarms which include a summary of entries for multiple alarms fired within a time period.
and
The timestamps for the entries for the DB2 error log panel correspond to the actual times of the entries in the DB2 diagnostic log. The alarms may be several minutes later depending on the collection frequency.

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
Exclude DB2 Database Log Message Summary Alarms when matching individual alarm entries for the DB2 diagnostic log alarms.
RESOLUTION 2
Review the specific error message detail in the DB2 Database Log Message alarm and not when the alarm was fired to match the timestamps with entries in the DB2 Diagnostic log.
