How to troubleshooting NINJA integration no data on Foglight ? (4266107)

Prerequisites:

• Foglight for Virtualization, Enterprise Edition 8.7 and up
• Foglight Cartridge for Ninja Network Monitoring Integration cartridge 1.0.0
• Active NinjaRMM subscription

Support device type/policy:

• Firewall
• Route
• Switch

Symptoms:

• Ninja Integration agent not able connect to Ninja NMS and get authentication failed

User name in agent property must be same user login to https://app.ninjarmm.com

• Device not showing on Foglight and Ninja Integration agent show submitted 0 data points

Make sure device have NMS-Firewall, NMS-Router or NMS-Switch policy assigned for your device and should not have NMS - Other policy

Make sure device are selected forward to Foglight at Ninja Network Management Studio

Make sure you can see full CPU and memory info from https://app.ninjarmm.com for your device. Foglight will not display devices which have no CPU or memory info from Ninja. one common issue here is have incorrect SNMP community setup during the network discovery 

To rediscover network and add new SNMP credential for your device:

1. Login to https://app.ninjarmm.com
2. Select your organization then Settings
3. Create new SNMP community;
4. Go back to overview and select device you want update
5. Click Settings
6. Click edit for credentials and assign correct one
7. Save and wait for few min
8. Go back to details tab verify you can see full device info
