DellUnixAgent not able to add host - The ICMP native helper application exited with error code 1 -
Description
When trying to add a DellUnixaAgent for a Linux server , it shows verification failed: Could not start the native ICMP application, and at agent status , the agent can't collect data

Cause
There is no "tty" specified. The sudoers file on this environment must be configured to allow Foglight users to login to without "tty" ie. called as requiretty.
If requiretty flag is set, sudo can run only when the user is logged in to a real tty. The requiretty flag must not be set in /etc/sudoers for the user, since Foglight for Infrastructure agents use non-interactive shells.
