Title
Logical Disk information is not displayed for RHEL7 or CentOS 7 virtual machine. -
Description
Capacity tab in Storage view of vmExplorer dashboard does not show any Logical disk information for RHEL 7 or CentOS 7 virtual machines even though VMware tools are current and running. -
Cause
Default file system changed to XFS instead of Ext4 starting with RHEL7 and CentOS 7 -
Resolution
Upgrade to Open-VM-Tools 9.10.0 +

Additional Information
The default open-vm-tools shipped with RHEL7 and CentOS7 is version 9.4.0, which doesn't support XFS file system. The open-vm-tools has released version 9.10.0 which supports XFS file system so you need upgrade this version to support it
