In vFoglight Storage, my Cisco Switch is collecting properly and is green in the explorer, but all the ports are gray and show no performance metrics.
This happened after I upgraded my Cisco MDS9222i to the 5.2.1 version of the firmware.

Cause
This is a known defect in vFoglight Storage caused by a bug referenced by Quest Tracking ID 1113. The new version of the Cisco firmware (5.2.1) does not execute the same commands as prior versions of the Cisco firmware.

Resolution
Defect request 1113 has been submitted to Development for a fix in a future release. Please check the release notes of latest software to determine which bug fixes have been included in this release.
