Description
Oracle Usability OS connection availability alarms fire in Linux or Unix due to errors like the following in the agent log

Resolution
RESOLUTION 1
Enable the "Use Single OS Collector" checkbox in the database agent properties.
RESOLUTION 2
Increase the SSH max connections in the Sshd_config file on the monitored host.
