These changes are by design to reduce duplicate monitoring. The Statements collection in the MySQL agent ASP is used to manage a collection run by the MySQL agent at the collection frequency specified in the same set of agent properties. This data is stored in the FMS repository.
When the MySQL PI component is added, more detailed statement level data is collected which is stored in the separate MySQL PI repository database. The MySQL agent's Statements collection is disabled to avoid collecting (duplicate) redundant data and improve Foglight monitoring performance at the host, FglAM, and FMS levels.
Disabling the SQL PI component on the MySQL agent will return the Statements tab to the top menu items and will reenable Statements collection by changing the setting from 0 back to the default of 300 seconds.
