Description
When attempting to upgrade Foglight Experience Viewer (FxV) from Setup Utility got:
"*** ERROR ***Configuration problem: upgrade requires archiver to be properly registered with the FxV server (segment information query failed)" -
Cause
The Server Service is not running. That Service is required to be running upgrade to versions 5.5.5 and higher.

Resolution
Start the Server service before you begin the upgrade. In the Setup Program, go to '5) Services Configuration' | '2) Manage Services' | '3) Stop/Start Services' | '4) Server Service'

Additional Information
The Server goes out and polls all the different FxV appliances that are in the cluster to determine if they are all at the correct version, etc before any upgrade is done--even if there is only one FxV machine. That is why the Server service needs to be running.
