Even after following SOL52166, when we replay sessions in Foglight Experience Viewer (FxV) we are missing *some* UI display components/elements
To see exactly what the error is for those UI display components, why the browser couldn't load an image, we:
1. Found a user session that has the broken images.
2. On this broken image, we right-clicked.
3. Selected 'Properties'
4. A pop-up box comes up and we saw the URL shown there
5. Opened up a new tab in our browser
6. Copied in that URL into the address bar and pressed enter.
The browser should display an error as to why it can't load that image.
We got a 404 error. That seems an unlikely error to be getting. That implies all the users who are hitting the page URL (not just within FxV playback) with that image in it would be getting the broken image icon.
Possible cause: Software Defect. The redirect url is not being built correctly. Page elements (for example, images) not replaying correctly when a "/" character is present in the element's URL query parameters. This problem is being tracked as TTP1592.
