The incorrect Foglight Experience Monitor (FXM) admin password has been entered a number of times and now the account is locked. How can this account be unlocked?
A user account becomes locked, if the user fails to login six consecutive times. The lockout duration is 30 minutes. Only a user with administrative privileges can unlock the account for you before the lockout period ends.
Log into the FxM web console (as a user with administrative privileges) and then go to "Configure | Appliance | User Accounts".
This will bring you to the page shown in screenshot1 (attached). There is a button there call "Unblock Account". You can click on the "Settings" (screenshot2) and "Password" (screenshot3).
You may want to change the password for that user so that you are 100% sure, you know what the correct password is and so you will not keep entering an incorrect password and get that account locked out again.
Or follow the link from eDocs. Look for sections "Unlocking User Accounts" and "Editing User Account Passwords"
