FxM is not sending out email report or email alerts but if a customer clicks on the link to test scheduled report they do get and email with the report in it.
This is a random event caused by an uninitialized variable. The uninitialized variable gets a random value, if that random value happens to be less then the value currently stored in memory for the email group version, the email group is not loaded and will be blank, so no emails will be sent. This is why this problem is intermittent.
This issue has been assigned Quest Tracking ID FXM-152 for consideration in a future release.
