Fxm alarms are not been fired/triggered
- Make sure that the alarm threshold has actually been breached - remember metrics are collected at 5 minute intervals and your thresholds should reflect this
- Check the Alarn Log from the FxM web console to make sure the alarm has been raised
- Check the configuration of the emailgroup that you are sending the alarm to
- Check that the details of the mail server that you are using is defined correctly on the appliance.
