A new FxM appliance has been installed. The appliance is collecting all metrics but there are no entries in the user session log and the appliance has been running for over 12 hour now. Whate are there still no entries in the user session log?
By default the User Session category is now turned off on new installations
Please to go Configure | Reporting | Categories | and turn this on
Then go to Configure | Monitoring | User Sessions| and enable "Capture all Sessions" if you want all sessions captured.
