How do you expose cookie variables in the Uniform Resource Locators (URLs)? (4343439)

You can expose cookie variables, so that they will show up as appended to the URL in square brackets, as you would see them with POST parameters (Form Variables).

To do so:
In the FxM (Foglight Experience Monitor) HTTP UI
1. Go to Configure | Monitoring | URLs
2. Under Variable Rules select the link Add A Variable Rule
3. Find the Name Action section
      Set Variable name: to the variable in the cookie (this is critical it must be exactly as it appears in the cookie, and is case sensitive)
      Set Variable type: to cookie
      Select: Show as is
4. Find the   Value Action
      Select: Show as is
5. Select OK to save the changes
