Description
We have noticed that going to our website and entering a username and password that the session is captured, but the first hit of the login screen is not captured.The error message we see when attempting to open the session says that No hits to replay were found for session ID. We have turned on Rewrite Java but the results are the same. Why? -
Cause
No traffic being received from one of the VZW data centers.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Verify that your switch configuration is correct and that it is not only when users are redirected to the other data center.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Foglight Experience Monitor
