According to the metric guide, the "Success Ratio (with Server Errors)" is equal to the number of successful requests divided by the sum of the number of successful requests + number of server errors. Where can I find the number of successful requests? Is it being recorded somewhere?
In regard to your question, the answer is yes. There is a "response code" section in the resource metrics view and you would have a breakdown number of various response like "successful", "redirection", "informational", etc. From the metric guide, you know that a request is considered successful if the HTTP status code returned is in one of the three categories: 1xx, 2xx, 3xx. So you could get number of successful requests by adding them all.
