When there are many DB agents with PI enabled in FMS environment and the user upgrades the cartridge to the latest version, the SQL PI component update might fail
Description

User cannot update SQL PI components successfully at one time when there are many agent Oracle and SQL Server agents enabled with SQL PI in the FMS environment.
Resolution
WORKAROUND
(choose of these two options)
- Click cancel on update SQL PI failed dialog
- Click Update SQL PI Components again
STATUS
This issue has been logged as defect FOM-800 and is planned to be fixed in a future release of the SQL Server and Oracle cartridges.
