We have recently updated the Service Request submission form. Once you have selected the desired product, you will need to select the account name and license number from the drop down.
*Note: License number is a required field
Once you have selected the appropriate license number, if applicable, from the drop down, you can proceed with the form, adding the product version, SR subject title, description, and attaching any relevant logs/screenshots/files.
Note: For certain products, the license field will not appear. For these products, you will choose the product from the drop down and proceed with filling out the rest of the form.
